Crystals:
  • Amethyst for healing - place directly on your body during meditation
  • Black tourmaline for spiritual protection - place in doorway or windows for clearing your home of low vibrational energies
  • Rose Quartz for matters of the heart - keep one close to your bedside or in the common area of your home

Essential oils:
  • Peppermint - mix 1-2 drops in body lotion, massage into areas of your body that feel pain or tension (ankles, back, legs, hands, wrists..)

                            Salute to the Wren

The Wren was the inspiration to our name and this little bird was the favorite backyard flyer of my late grandmother,
Marion Gothberg. I recall her stories of wren houses and watching them as she tended her home garden.
Wrens possess many qualities that resonate with me. Wrens inspire us to become better, happier versions of ourselves.

INGENUITY, CLEVERNESS, CHEERFULNESS, CONTENTMENT AND SOCIABILITY.

Special Thanks to James Ruoff, designer of WSG website.

His professionalism and insight has been OUTSTANDING as I continue to navigate this journey in small business. James is a graduate of Aquinas College, currently working in business. His motivation fits my needs perfectly after he was recommended by a mutual contact. James also held the key to my vision...a local young professional who works hard and carries the light.
